mult-page problem

Hi, I installed this add-on on my website (Joomsef 1.0.12 stable, VM 1.013a, joomsef 2.2.4), and all of the URLs generated are of SEO, but when I copy any of these URLs to the browser and click, then the product URL would have -2 added before .html, for exmaple:

The SEO URL generated is: http://www.mysite.com/store/product-catalogue/product-name.html;

while copy to browser, it changed to:
http://www.mysite.com/store/product-catalogue/product-name-2.html

Is there anything wrong with my configuration? Thanks in advance!

please post a web site and the place where the problem is.
Also please post the SEN + NON SEF urls of the problem.

Will try to see what's wrong and solve it.
