HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MISTER ESTATE PLUGIN

Hello,

     this may be out of date but im hoping someone can help. I have installed version 2.1 artio and the mister estaet plugin. When i enable from joomla side and enable the artio sef i geet a double shlash after the .com?  has anyone had this problem before?

Would greatly appreciate a sample of what the .htaccess file content should look like? i know its more than likely me but would greatly appreciate a hand.
