Tried to installl apply.tgz as a plugin for Joomla 1.5.9 using the standard Joomla installer, and got this error:

THen I tried to install it directly into the JCE editor plugin system and got this error:
* Incorrect version!
* Unable to detect manifest file
Any suggestions? It looks like a great plug-in and is just what I (and I am sure thousands of others) need!
